Informational Workshop
I am a loving, loyal, free spirit that is an advocate on creating safe spaces 2 express, being aware of body language, and self-expression. I’ve been dancing for 20 years, n love to help others find their unique rhythm. I also do Southern Chinese Tea Ceremonies, Gong Fu, n read tea leaves. My passion for the past year has been advocating to help keep waters clean. Ex. Giving intentional offerings back to her n picking up trash in the waters n the land around her. I also LOVE to wash feet.
Expression Express
This is a workshop where our precious innocence is invited, supported, and encouraged to come out and play. There will be different exercises where we welcome curiosity, our body’s expression, consent within, and our primitive nature to the space. This is a container where freedom within can be witnessed, remembered, and be welcomed home.
