Yoga/Movement Class
Brytni is a registered Yoga instructor with over 600 hours of education and on-going training. She is an Acu-Detox acupuncture specialist, certified with NADA, and has a background in competitive gymnastics. While seeking for ways for her to focus on healing her body from a young age, she realized yoga was helping lift her out of hard times. Yoga was a way for her to transform her emotions, physical pain, and improve mental health. Brytni makes any class incredibly deep, spiritual, and fun.
Meridian Yoga Therapy
Meridian Yoga therapy is a beautiful fusion of traditional asana practice with the knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and acupressure. Learn powerful healing techniques and a new way to see the body-mind-emotions as a whole. The 12 meridian system can help you go deeper into the Yogic practices that you already do. In this class you can expect to learn acupressure points for self healing, how the emotions are intimately connected to the organs and pathways, anatomy, and energy anatomy. Like Yoga, using acupressure and focusing on the pathways of the body can also manipulate the physical body and breath in order to bring profound change to the emotions and mind. By activating the pathways in asana practice you will feel more connected than ever. Instead of rushing to get rid of our pain, we can become curious about our pain. My intention for this class is that you see with more than just your eyes, but through feeling and understanding. This is a powerful holistic system of healing that anyone can do for yourself or others. All levels are welcome. This approach to yoga is very therapeutic.
