I am a Mexican slackline athlete and teacher with 10+ years of experience, my goal is to continue learning about balance, through the exploration of the interrelationship of the body-mind, creativity and movement. I also like to share and expand this passion for balance with the society at large through playful moments that inspire people to live their lives freely and happily. (:

Slackline Fundamentals and Yoga Flow

In this workshop we will learn and explore our equilibrium in different parts of the body through different postures on a 1 inch line that hangs in between 2 points, connecting with our gravity center and developing our sense of proprioception while exploring the possibilities of balance and corporal creativity through playful times. ALL levels welcome!
