Inspired by all ancient teachings and motivated by his own healing journey, Robs desire is to be a catalyst for positive change and self discovery in others. He describes his style of teaching as Embodied Vinyasa and draws wisdom from multiple lineages and personal experience. Rob empowers, inspires and shares his love and knowledge of yoga through every connection. His classes are creative, challenging yet accessible, intelligent, FUN and bring depth beyond the physical.
Vinyasa ((Flow State))
In this thoughtfully sequenced, embodied vinyasa flow we will co-create an optimal flow state through conscious breathing, intentional movement (and stillness) and deep observation of the senses. When in a flow state you are neither bored or anxious and there are no questions of your inherent goodness. Creativity and play are high and you lose track of time absorbed in the moment.
Whether you are in need of grounding, or perhaps a second wind there is something for everyone. Refresh, renew and recharge mind, body and soul.
