We want to address the questions regarding the ticketing transition for SONIC BLOOM this year.

We did migrate over to a new NFT ticketing platform that will not only create added benefits to all of you as members of the SONIC BLOOM community but will make on-site digital ticketing much easier. Relic Tickets has been migrating Eventbrite tickets from previous years over to their platform so we really appreciate your patience and understanding in helping us make SONIC BLOOM 2022 the best festival we have had yet!

All ticket holders from Eventbrite and Pollen have received or should receive a transition email with instructions on how to migrate your ticket over to the new platform. Please be patient with us as we have tickets from previous years as well and this process will only make everything smoother for your experience. If you have any questions regarding your specific tickets, whether originally purchased with Eventbrite, Pollen or Relic, please reach out to for their customer service help. They are very responsive and have been very hands on with every individual ticket holder throughout this process.

Yes! We have sent emails out about how to transfer your ticket from Eventbrite into our new ticketing system, Relic. Please follow the instructions and claim your tickets in Relic to optimize your ticketing experience.

  1. Open your email and look for the email from Relic Tickets or directly from us (info@sonicbloomfestival.com) that will contain a unique URL to claim your ticket/s that can only be used once.
    1. If you purchased other types of tickets or add-ons, you will receive separate emails with specific links for each.
  2. Because each claiming link can only be used once, IF you have sold/given your ticket/s to someone else, please DO NOT click the ticket link yourself. Instead, forward it to the new/current ticket holder to click themself.
  3. The link will take you to a purchase page where you will execute your claim. Once you have claimed your tickets, you will be instructed to download the Relic Tickets app. This is where your tickets will be stored until the event.
  4. If you do not receive your tickets or are having issues, please check your spam folder first, and then if you still do not see it- contact hello@relictickets.com

 If you are in the same party, even if they are coming separately, you can always share the ticket with them by adding them to your group in the Relic app.  Your friend will also need the Relic app in order to open the ticket. You will click the “invite a friend…share link” at the bottom of your app, then, share the link with them via text or email!

  1. If the payment for your ticket/s was transacted through Eventbrite (or any other seller besides Relic), please note that the value/payment data remain with that seller and will not appear on your Relic account. The Relic ticket you claim will show a $0 value because your payment did not get processed by Relic. This is no problem as long as you are using the ticket yourself. But if you are trying to sell it, note that you may have to explain the apparent $0 value to the buyer / perhaps show them a screenshot of your original payment amount to prove it.
  2. If you wish to re-sell your Relic ticket AFTER you have already claimed it yourself, note you will not be able to receive a payment for that sale in the Relic App because of that $0 value. To earn resale payments, please use our cashortrade page- https://cashortrade.org/sonic-bloom-tickets/, OR sell to a friend via venmo/paypal/etc. Then once payment is completed, send the ticket link to the buyer in the app. Here’s how:

To transfer your entire order or share all tickets with a friend-

    • Step 1- Tell the buyer to download the Relic Tickets App
    • Step 2- In your own Relic app choose “Invite a friend” next to “Start a group” at the bottom.
    • Step 3- Read the instructions carefully and follow those steps to share your ticket/s with the buyer. Note that this will give the person access to ALL tickets in your order.

    Please disregard our previous communication on selling 1 ticket! This will not be possible with a “$0” ticket. If you HAVE NOT claimed the ticket already and wish to sell, DO NOT click the ticket link yourself. Instead, forward it to the new/current ticket holder to click themself. If you HAVE claimed the ticket in the Relic app already and now wish to sell, this is an easy process but will need to be manually completed by the Relic team, so please reach out to them at hello@relictickets.com. Again, they have been responsive and very hands on in this process, but they appreciate your patience and understanding!
