Yes, you can transfer your ticket to someone else, or change the name on your ticket. Please email us at ticketing@sonicbloomticketing.com with the name change.

You can send them the .pdf file that came in your Ticketing Confirmation Email. Please do NOT share your tickets with anyone else as they are a one-time scan tickets.

Kids 12 & under are free admission. Children 13-17 need a Youth Ticket available at the gate only.

Anyone age 17 or younger needs to be accompanied by a parent or legal adult guardian.

Ticket supplies are limited and going quickly this year! A limited number of tickets are available at each tier and when they sell out, the prices go up. Yes, but only for 4 types of tickets (GA Entry Pass, VIP Entry Pass, Car Camping and Parking Pass). Payment plans options are available on https://paymentplans.sonicbloomticketing.com. Everything else can be purchased as single payment on https://sonicbloomticketing.com.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Due to techical problems, not everyone was able to complete their payments. This is because you selected the option of manually making your payments when purchasing your tickets. So please click on this link https://paymentplans.sonicbloomticketing.com/my-account/sumo-pp-my-payments/. Login and follow these steps: My Account Page > My Payments > View the respective payment and pay for the installment. IMPORTANT: Unfortunately it only works on desktop (Not from phones or tablets).

At this time we are unable to offer discounts based on employment.

Children under 12 years of age can get in for free. Please note that parental or legal guardian’s ID will be required for free entry. 12 years old or above will need a ticket, but no ID is required. Ages 13 to 17 years-old will require a youth ticket (available at the gate only).

Performer, Music, Workshops, Live Painters, Sponsors, Media/Press & Volunteer Applications are all still open on our website until March 15th, 2023. All applications will be reviewed by our team. Responses will be sent throughout the month of April.

1st choice approvals are sent out in our confirmation process. We don’t send the final emails to those not selected until we have our first picks 100% confirmed to attend. If anyone does not confirm our next choice on our list is sent an offer. We received hundreds of applications so please understand this was a very hard selection process. Thanks for your support!

We do not allow electric bicycles/unicycles in the main concert bowl area. It is a high-traffic area and poses safety concerns.

 

CAMPING & PARKING FAQs

Parking, Car Camping, and RV Camping are all separate parking areas. When you arrive on-site at SONIC BLOOM and enter our parking, you will be parked based on the order of vehicles you arrive with. The parking area you are assigned to park in will be based on what type of parking, car camping, or RV parking pass has been purchased for the vehicle you arrive in. Every vehicle on-site must have some form of vehicle pass – parking, car-camping, or RV/Oversize Vehicle Camping. Get a parking pass here: https://sonicbloomfestival.com/tickets/

Cars can’t park in RV Parking but you have a large group arriving that has Car-camping passes and you want to reserve a communal shared space in advance we offer a Reserved Group Camping ticket. This provides a 64×64 foot square of Reserved Car Camping Space that allows 8 Car Camping Passes to park and camp together within the Reserved Space. Each vehicle in Reserved Group Camping must have Car Camping Pass. This ticket accommodates 8 vehicles with Car Camping or RV / Oversize Passes (No Hook-Ups). The Reserved Group Camping Pass Gets you a 64×64 foot square of Reserved Car Camping Space. This allows 8 Car Camping Passes to park and camp together within the Reserved Space. Each vehicle in Reserved Group Camping must have Car Camping Passes. Coordinate with our team to get this camp set to your specifications so you and your crew can all camp together. Yes, an RV / Oversize vehicle pass is needed for any vehicle larger than 20 feet in length. Visit the https://sonicbloomfestival.com/tickets/ page and click on to the tab marked “Parking and Camping” for all options related to parking, camping, RV passes, RV services, and rental options.

RV Parking is more tightly spaced and in an area slightly further away from the festival entrance than RV Campsites. The RV Campsite Pass allows for the closest-in RV camping possible to the festival entrance and reserves additional space for friends to set-up tents and create a communal hang-out zone. Reserved space is 40×40. No additial vehicles are allowed in the campsite.

RV Service – Single – this includes (1 Water Refill, 1 Waste Water Pump) this pass and cost are TBA.
RV Service – Weekend – this includes (3 Water Refill, 3 Waste Water Pump) this pass and cost are TBA.
RV Power – includes Power Hook Up (20 or 30 AMP) for the weekend pass and cost are TBA. Visit the https://sonicbloomfestival.com/tickets/ page for updates.

We do not allow generators. The only exception is if the generator is built into your RV. Though silent generators are less obtrusive to campers, they are still a fire hazard and emit dangerous fumes. Generators can start brush fires and the exhaust could suffocate other campers.

Propane only – with on/off valve only – no charcoal, no open flames of any kind, including candles, sparklers etc.

We are glad to hear you are excited about getting the ball rolling and feel free to begin coordinating with your group camp members. We will contact you (via email) to begin coordinating your group camp 1 month prior to the festival. Please remember that all vehicles in the Group Camp will also need a Car Camping or RV pass and a General Festival admission ticket. Make sure your group members get them soon! Feel free to reach out with any specific questions in the meantime via the contact form on the website in the Information menu.

Not reliaby. Spotty at best, but can sometime send and receive texts. Reception is variable and depends on the number of people on-site and the carrier.
