The Movement  Series

The Movement Series will feature a variety of body awareness and movement modalities, including yoga, slack line and acro yoga. Immerse yourself in a the world of kinesthetic motion with amazing instructors.

Movement students will be able to choose between 2 different classes during each session. One series of classes will be focused on yoga, the other focused more on other styles of movement arts, including acroyoga, acrobatics and slack line.

Lei Lei de Kirby & Francis Dawson

Lei Lei de Kirby is an aerialist & yoga instructor, drawing on a lifetime of experience in dance. Francis Dawson is a visual/environmental artist & musician, building living walls & public sculpture. His multitiered living ecosystems combine grounded design & keen aesthetic craftsmanship. They have brought their work to Esalen Institute, Lightning in a Bottle, BassCoast in Canada, Summit at Sea, Lucidity & more. They offer vocal, aerial dance & yoga classes on California’s Central Coast.

Michelle Griffith

Michelle Griffith feels the most passionate while guiding others towards their passions. She is a certified Yoga Teacher, and has studied body working in the form of Thai Yoga Therapy. She actively teaches and practices slacklining on many levels with The YogaSlackers, and is a certified AcroRevolution instructor. She’s traveled to 18 different countries and has stories from all of them that she loves to share. 

Britta Rael

Britta Rael grew up in the Colorado mountains and finds much of her inspiration from nature. She is a certified Yoga teacher and has been teaching yoga, partner acrobatics, and studying Thai massage and therapeutic bodywork since 2010. Her travels have brought her through much of Southern India, Eastern Asia, Europe, and the continental US, which informs her poetry and song as well as her teaching style.
