The title pretty much nails it: setup a daily ritual of drinking a glass of water (or more) and practicing a short (or longer) flow of yoga postures before heading into the world of electronic connectivity. The class is first a discussion of why, and then how to make the practice a reality. Divided into a four step sequence 1.2.3.4 the class is timed for a half hour to make daily yoga ritual a part of your practice.
I believe in this class can have a positive impact on my peers and I know it because I have been practicing it myself since the beginning of 2014. I’ve been practicing Ashtanga and teaching for ten years, and to me, simple flow and heartfelt dedication can build confidence for a larger practice, a more aware consciousness, and deeper compassion for all around you.
