Christine Andersen aka: Chrystalline, has been dancing nearly her whole life. She studied classical ballet and gymnastics from a young age, performing and competing nationally for 10 years. In 2010, Christine found herself combining belly dance and acrobatics in a local circus ensemble, Cirque Stupendo. With a passion for the unusual, and a desire to be upside-down, this seemed the perfect combination for her performance art. Chrystalline’s acrobatic belly dance performances bring an unusual flair to the art of tribal fusion belly dance. She is also a massage therapist and herbalist and resides in the woods of Iowa with her family.
