This class will guide you through the anatomical, physiological and ethereal aspects of your spine and practice to empower you with the knowledge, understanding and feeling of connection to your spine and body enhancing the safety of your practice while exploring new grounds. Kate will guide you through a creative and meditative mandala based Vinyasa class that will have you flexing, twisting and extending your spine in a rejuvenating, yet powerful flow balancing from muladhara to sahasraha (chakras 1-7). Leave rejuvenated with a sense of cleansing balance, understanding, empowerment and excitement. Not suitable for brand new yogis. Some understanding of Sun Salutations and the Warrior series recommended.

Living every bit of her life as the change she wishes to see, Kate can be found mainly in Fort Collins, Colorado as an eager and excited entrepreneur, student, teacher, friend and family member. She is the mother to two wonderful dogs, enjoys a daily meditation and yoga practice, runs a private fitness and holistic health practice, studies Nutrition at Colorado State University and is an avid outdoor enthusiast that marvels at the simple complexity of life and energy. Having recovered from a series spinal injuries and neurological disorders, Kate now shares her passion for life via private and group yoga instruction, personal training and reiki to empower her community to find and enjoy their potential to love life and overcome obstacles in mind, body and spirit.
